New office space in a historic building

The task was to create a new space for the design department of the furniture factory "Kanon". The new office is located in a former brewery F.Enni built in 1862.
The most difficult task was to adapt and modernize old communications for new functions. The building was in a terrible condition. After the examination, we reinforced the load-bearing structures and began to form new functional spaces. In addition to the space for work, we organized a comfortable conference room and a small office kitchen.
